Weekly late fee assessment

I'm not sure how many schools are doing this, but we have a system where we charge a weekly late fee if students do not pay their tuition. Currently, late fees are charged based on the due dates only and there seems to be no simple way to instruct the fee to be charged on a weekly basis. This would help our process tremendously, especially if we are seeing growth in number of students.
