We have students from India and the Middle East and am currently unsure how to classify them. Would be nice to have the granularity in the data slicer filter?

Adam Sentz @Jake - The race/ethnicity chooser we use is the method mandated by IPEDS. Based on the IPEDS guidelines someone from India would be "Non Hispanic or Latino" and "Asian" while someone from the Middle East would be "Non Hispanic or Latino" and "White".
This article should be helpful. http://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/reic/definitions.asp
It can still be kind of confusing as the collection categories and reporting categories are different, but we try to handle all that for you as painlessly as possible. If you have more questions about it just let us know.

Jake Yeager Thanks for that. Will probably lead to some interesting conversations on campus!
