Upon generating an Aging report in the financial section, I find that students with credit balances don't show up.
For Revenue Canada audit purposes the Aging reports needs to reflect both Credit and Debit outstanding balances and for difference periods. They require an A/R Aging Summary. All balances (both credit and debit balances) need to appear in this report not only debit balances, which is what the Aging Report in Populi shows.
