Increased focus of visibility in Activity Feed

We would like to have the ability to allow visibility on a more individualized basis than the current visibility allowed by Roles only.  Communication tat pertains to only a one faculty member or one staff member, rather than anyone who has been assigned that role, would be helpful. This has come up as we have posted communications on the activity feed that we need the Academic Admin to see, but also the one Faculty member who has taught a particular course (especially in regards to disciplinary actions for a student in one particular course).
