Hi team,

Could you consider adding a feature where Populi sends automatic email notices to remind patrons of their upcoming due items so they know to either renew or return the items.

  @Phuong - Good news! Populi already sends email notices just like you've described. If they aren't working as you expect send us a support request and we'll check it out.
