There is the option to change the due date, but not the invoice date. There are many reasons why I sometimes need to use an invoice date other than the default of today's date.

Kim Huizinga Would it be possible to future date an invoice? This would be so helpful. If we could also enter a future posted date, that would be helpful as well. then we could prepare future invoices and the system would post them on the appropriate date. That way I would not have to remember to come back and post the invoice at the appropriate time. It would be so helpful to be able to prepare an invoice when I am working on a student's file, even if it is not due right now. It would be much easier than the current option of pending charges which is very time-consuming to sort through each month.
