On-Line Enrollment Terms & Conditions

I think it would be great if there was a terms and conditions page that the student was forced to see (we all know most students don't actually read them!) This would be a good idea because the college would be able to put all of their financial and refund data on the page in Populi and wouldn't have to take another step after the student has already self-registered to get them that information. For example: Johnny enrolls for 12 hours. After he hits save, the page comes up which discusses the college tuition rate, refund policy, and his promise to pay all tuition and fees to the college. At the bottom could be an "I agree" button, which would serve as his electronic signature.
