It would be really great if as a user I could unlink an ISIR record that was inadvertently attached to the wrong admissions record myself. With various people using the system, sometimes duplicate records exist and so it is possible to link up the wrong record when importing the ISIR records. Being able to do this as a user would eliminate the lag time to get it unlinked and be one less thing for Populi staff to attend to. Please consider this request.

Mark Ackerman You can now unlink an ISIR from a student by clicking on the CPS Transaction Number on their profile then clicking the Set back to Pending button. And there was much rejoicing!

Linda Iles I can't seem to make it work. When I down loaded the ISIR the system created a new person. It's for a current student. I need to cancel the new person and attach the ISIR to the current student. Could someone please call me and walk me through it. Thanks.
