Provide more basic fields when cataloging manually

When you need to manually catalog an older book that does not have an ISBN, ASIN, etc., you must select "create a new record by hand". When you do this, Populi only asks for the most bare minimum of information (Title, Price, Barcode, and Location Fields), but I obviously want to include more than that so that my users can more effectively locate relevant materials.

Once you have created a resource though, you can go back to it and choose to add additional fields one at a time, which is a time consuming process. I would prefer it if more fields, such as Author, Publisher, Published Date, Subjects, etc., showed up automatically when you do the initial record creation because it would save me time, and because these fields are very useful in helping people find what they are looking for.
