Add "Note" field for library cataloging

I would like to see a "Note" field added for library cataloging.

If you'd like a Note field added just put in a request via support.

I would also like to have a "Note" field. MARC catalogers have this field and it would help us to be consistent with cataloging information.

Annette Warsaw - You can already leave notes on resource copies. Was there somewhere else you wanted to leave notes?

Yes Adam.

When cataloging resources: "Add a new Field". A Field labeled "Notes" would be advantageous.

For example we have a field labeled "Content" and "Description". "Notes" is another field used by MARC catalogers.

Annette Warsaw - I don't think we'll add a Note field to the default set, but we can add a custom field for you. Please open a support request, and we'll set that up for you.
