Reconciliation Report

One of the analyses that the auditors want to see each year is a reconciliation of total hours billed during the year compared to tuition income. To do that we have to take the hours billed X $395 and adjust for unearned tuition at the beginning and end of the year. We were able to do this when using Grad-Pro, but were unable to come up with a report from Populi this last year that contained hours billed.
