Calendar pop-up when scheduling to-do's

When scheduling a to-do, it would be fabulous if a calendar popped up when you click on the date box. I have to
toggle between my iCal and Populi to see what date I want to schedule. Something like all the airlines, hotels, etc have.. Our old system had it.
