It would be helpful to have withdrawal procedures/notifications through Populi. This would allow each school to set up a workflow that gets approvals and notifies all the appropriate people (Registrar, Financial Aid, Advisor, Instructor, etc) when a student withdraws from a a course.
Populi can do custom notifications. Please open up a ticket with support to set yours up.
Would really like this feature. It's easy to miss a student withdrawal especially in large classes. I know it shows up on the roster but for busy faculty receiving this as an email or a pop up within Populi would help bring it to their attention. Also, it would help the Business Office know to implement their withdrawal procedure for finalizing the account.

@Toby What would a custom notification for withdrawals look like? Are we specifically talking about course withdrawals or can we include withdrawals from the college, too?
I agree with the above requests/comments. It would be a very helpful feature if Populi auto-generated an email to faculty about course withdrawals. Adjunct faculty less familiar with the system sometimes miss the identification of a withdrawal on their roster.
