Currently there is no report or statement that is printable with the details of the payment plan applied to an invoice - i.e. the amounts and due dates.
A student comes into the business office to make a tuition payment and decides they want to be on a payment plan. We apply a payment plan to the tuition invoice and the payment plan schedule and amounts are displayed on the screen. We then have the student look over on the computer screen and explain to them the amounts and due dates of each. The students have asked if we can print the amounts and due dates, but currently printing the tuition invoice does not show any payment plan details.
It would be good to have the payment plan details displayed on the printable invoice or have a separate report that prints out the payment plan for the particular student of that tuition invoice.
