Financial aid is so complicated it's no wonder there are a lot of requests out there, but it's hard to get users to take the time to review them and give support. If a group of volunteer financial aid users could be formed to review and prioritize requests, say on a quarterly basis or so, and then discuss the highest priorities with Populi support to determine feasibility, etc., perhaps we would see more progress. Users of other systems have done this with good results.
