Non-Emergency SMS notifications

Currently we can't edit the subject of the emergency messages. For example, I'd like to send an inclement weather message to all students via SMS, but the subject always stays "[School Name] Emergency Notification" which makes the receivers there is actually something more serious than a cancelled class. I'd like to be able to edit the subject of SMS messages.

As we all know, text is THE way to communicate with the modern student. This would be a great capability to have!
