Import or Recycle Application Data

Right now, applicants enter contact data on the main application page. It would be nice if we could default this to be Home (instead of "Other", where it currently goes) and if we when then ask explicitly for Home and Work contact information that the initial data was pre-entered for them. We continue to prompt for Home and Work data on the full application because (a) it's tedious for admissions people to go in and change every applicant's email/phone/mailing address by hand and (b) we don't actually know many times if the number and address are home or work, so we just as for both. It's nice that Populi figures out when to re-categorize the information vs. adding a duplicate record, but it would be nicer still if applicants didn't have to enter the same information on successive screens.
