It would be nice to be able to organize applicants. Perhaps have check boxes next to them to move them to folders as we like. (Serious applicants, Call list, Accepted list, Rejected list, etc...)
Also the notes we take for applicants should be easily accessible, perhaps on all applicants page next to the applicant name.
A feature that would make the management of applicants ( may be more personally organized) easier would be appreciated.
