Course comment include name of instructor that wrote it

If a course has a course comment, a yellow icon displays on the interface transcript allowing you to click and view the comment. This dialog box that appears shows the comment but does not include the name of the instructor that wrote the comment. It would be nice if the dialog could show the instructor name as well.
