We would like the ability to mark and unmark student profiles as private. Currently this is locked down at the user level only. We would also like a warning message or an alert to display near the student's name to indicate that their record is blocked with FERPA. This is something we need to be able to control, track and see clearly.

Adam Sentz We added this a while ago! If you have adequate permissions you can click "Make Profile Private" under the actions drop down (gear icon) on the info tab of someone's profile.
