We would like to have the ability to bill library fines/charges from the Library module directly to student accounts. The Bookstore module has this capability. In order to bill the students' accounts we need to process the payment in the Library module and then create a fee in the financial module. This two-step process is cumbersome and increases the opportunity for errors.
