Course Evaluation results for faculty with less than 60% participation

As we have students take evaluations/surveys, we are required by our accrediting council to provide each instructor with the results of the surveys (regardless if any student have taken the survey or not). However, with the parameters set at 60% participation before any instructor is allowed to view the results, it is causing some issues with compliance. Having that removed or even having another way for teachers to view the results without the tedious action of exporting a PDF and then sending the results to each individual instructor would be super helpful and time-saving!

  Yes, there should be an option to open results to faculty once course is finalized with no participation restrictions.

  Yes! Populi, please provide an option where academic admin can allow for faculty to view course evaluations by date and NOT by if 60% of the students have completed the course evaluation. Thank you.

  This is still significantly problematic, especially in small classes where it is quite easy to slip below the 60% cutoff. We are punishing faculty for the fact that students can't be bothered filling in a form.

  We would love to see this too. Perhaps instead of only a percent completion there could be a time related option.
