Our institution does not want self-enrollment set for its on-campus students. However, if we go into the course catalog and set a course to no self-enrollment, that setting will effect all instances of that particular course and our need for online students to self-enroll.
So, for example, if we go into the course catalog and set the BIE 673 course to no self-enrollment, that course will not appear as a self-enrolling course to our online students.
We need a way to set courses as self-enrollment or not after they are added to a particular term. When a course is added to an upcoming term, it would be best if there were an option for us to set that particular course as self-enrolling or not... after we add it to the term and apart from the course catalog.
So the idea is to add the "Self-enrollment" setting as an option to shut off from the Info tab of courses after it has been added to a particular term.
