Auto Email to Applicant When Transcripts, ACT, etc are Recieved

I would like it if when we received transcripts, ACT scores, references, etc that we could check a box that we received that file and then an email is automatically sent to the applicant letting them know that we received it.

I would add also to have the option to email his representative as well. This way we all know.
