Instead of ,building a communication plan based only off time, allow a communication to be triggered off an event such as: Application Submissions, Lead Creation, Application Status Change,

Robin Stoddard This would also be nice to have for how far along the lead is in their application. Ex - Once they've started, they get an email welcoming them, etc. When they've made it to 50%, they get an email encouraging them to continue; they're half way there... This would be great for leads that spread their application out over 2 weeks to 2 months.

Rachel Rabe I would like to use Communication Plans to automatically send messages to students who have applied. However, as it is now, if you apply a plan to all leads, there is no way to tailor it to where a specific student is in the process. If there were a way to make the plan send out periodic messages reminding them to submit an app. then switch to requests for transcripts once the app. is submitted etc. that would make it far more useful.

Andrew Sears I agree this would be very helpful. It seems like this could be added to the Data Slicer as another tab, where their would be an action that is triggered.

Ute Delaney This request seems a bit old, but I really would like to have this feature: a communication plan triggered by events. As Robin Stoddard suggests, it could be based on a percentage of filled application fields, or an action by the staff member (eg. rejected fields; status change).
