i would like to ask that an alternate feature within attendance be added into our populi. We are a clock hour school and our students do multiple clinical rotations through out each quarter. for example. A student might be in attendance for site A monday and tuesday and site B thursday and friday. up until now i have been marking them as excused on the days they are not in attendance for either site being that i cannot mark them absent because they are not absent just simply at the other site. Students are now receiving and abundance of "excused" marks which is becoming a problem. If we could add an "ignore" or "Not Scheduled" option that would help us track our students and keep their individual attendance more accurate.

Phuong Nguyen Hi Sandy, we have a similar set up with clinical rotations but we do not experience this problem. Could you share how you're setting up these clinical sites in Populi. I may be able to provide some insight.

Sandy Cermele Hi, Thanks for the response! As of now I have our clinical sites set up as individual courses. We have about 50-60 students in our clinical rotation at this time, students are always switching from site to site. Is there a better way to have this set up?
