Remove/Edit Default Delivery Methods

It would be helpful to be able to remove or edit the default delivery methods for courses, especially for schools that use slightly different nomenclature (i.e. residential vs. On Campus) or that need to emphasize a particular method. In the latter instance, our school offers the same course both on campus and online in the same semester.  I created ONLINE as a delivery method so it stands out in registration, but I am concerned that the lower case, default "online" could be selected accidentally at a later date, thus skewing our future reporting.
