Ability to view/export transfers with our equivalents

When a student transfers courses into a program they like to know which courses have transferred and what their equivalent is. Currently a student can see what courses have transferred from their transcript and what course group the credits have covered from their degree audit but there is no clear way for a student to see their transfers along with our equivalent. When we have completed transfers for a student we set up the transfers in Populi and then fill out a separate sheet to send to the student outlining those details. It would be great if this type of equivalency sheet could somehow be available in Populi, even an export of the transfers page from their admissions tab would be helpful.
