Add a search feature/filter to templates

Currently the e-mail/letter templates are listed alphabetically with a preview of the template underneath and the only way to view the templates beginning with 'z' is to scroll through all of the templates in order to reach the bottom. Multiple departments are using the template feature and our template lists are growing rapidly. It would be great if a search feature or a departmental filter could be added so that we would be able to find and use the template we need without scrolling through all of the templates every time.
