System Tag for FTF, 2nd BA, etc

Is there any way that there can be a system tag that automatically looks at the education level under Admissions--Lead Info--Ed. Level to tag a student as First time college (for HS Diploma), Bacc Degree, Assoc degree, Masters degree, etc? I know there's a report that can be pulled from this information, but if there was an automatic tag that would be great. I know that there is a transfer system tag that pops up if transfer credits are entered, but if the student is actually just out of HS, and has AP or dual enroll in college, this throws that off on our end.
