I have received a request from some students to have an email notification of upcoming to-dos. They say they don't always log into Populi daily and it would be helpful if they were sent a reminder of a pending to-do. I can see where this would be useful for others as well because even those of us that spend a lot of time in Populi might overlook something important.
Perhaps a check-box for the email notification with the ability to select when the notification would be sent? Thanks!

Are there plans to implement this? If I assign a staff member a to-do it should send them an automatic email to let them know they were assigned something. It can be very easy to overlook to dos without a notification.
Has there been an update in this regard? I was hoping that a person would be alerted to the fact they were assigned a "to-do" but doesn't seem to be the case. Not everyone looks at their "Home" dashboard but goes directly to their "My Profile" or "My Courses"
