Problem - I am short almost 12,000 dollars.
Nature of the Problem - Students are able to register for classes, and then wait till they get invoiced. Some students will stay enrolled in the course, obtain all the course materials, and then withdraw or just stop taking the class and "disappear". Which makes it difficult to collect.
Proposed Solution - Student enrolls in a course, student is given a pop-up or notification to make payment. Student does not receive access to the courses until payment is received. Those who complete the payment process can access it. A global setting would not work with this, because access needs to be based on those who have paid.
