Our advisors are responsible to keep in regular contact with their students. However, the email options for advisors does NOT include the "varibables" (insert FirstName, LastName, etc.). This would be a great feature add-on as then they could send out more generic emails...yet have them personalized.
I have this option, but perhaps it's because of Admin rights.
