Like our tuition fees, our audit fees vary according to which program a course is in. We have separate audit fees for undergraduate and graduate courses, charged per hour. The current fee rules don't seem to allow us to distinguish these--or at least they don't work as expected. If I add "Student Program is Undergraduate", this does not restrict the audit fee to courses that are designated as "Undergraduate", but simply excludes students who are not in an active undergraduate program. Thus, if a student who has both active graduate and undergraduate programs registers to audit a single graduate course, both graduate and undergraduate audit fees show up on his pending charges and we have to delete one manually.
Thus, in addition to being able to filter audits by course and course group, it would be useful to have a rule allowing filter by program.
(Frankly, I would much prefer to have audited courses as a subcategory within the tuition schedule, but the above tweak to the fees would help for now.)
