Is there a place we can add a field on the Financial Aid Tab to record a students current aggregate sub/unsub loan amounts and pell eligibility usage? Maybe in the MPN, Counseling and PLUS loan area. We also need an area to track their exit counseling. These pieces of information help us either verify FAFSAs or package awards.

Jennifer Speer I am in favor of a History Tab. The data elements - aggregate sub/unsub loan amounts and pell eligibility usage - are on the ISIR, so those elements could be moved to a page or "history" tab for that student listing each year an update of their history.( ie 2016-17 an entry of the student's history, 2017-18 an entry of that ISIR's history, etc. Each year would have an entry) Someone else may have a better idea!!
As far as the entrance/exit counseling, these files (CRECMYOP/ EXNSFFOP) come from the SAIG mailbox if the student completes their counseling on studentloans.gov. A box for both Entrance and Exit Counseling with date fields could be populated from these files. the Entrance and Exit Counseling box and date field should also be set up to manually update should a school handle the counseling differently.
