It would be nice if our faculty could have access to instant anonymous polling for their classes. This allows one to gauge how well the class is grasping a specific concept without being embarrassed to reveal that he/she did not get it. The professor is able to determine that what was just discussed was not really understood - or was understood. It's a great tool to have. Our school has used it on Westlaw/TWEN, which is where our course pages have been.

Dr. Beemer We used to have this ability when we used Moodle. Faculty have asked for it repeatedly since switching. Would allow for multiple applications with in the college.

Dr. Adam Christmas This would be a great feature! Currently, the only way to poll students is by using the Course Evaluation, making a quiz (which just the word stresses students out), or using a discussion and reading through all the replies. Having a poll option would be a great tool for the courses.
