Add a Comment Box when choosing "Other" as Exit reason

Some of our students are seminarians. We have a close connection with the seminary and like to keep in our records when they withdraw that it was due to leaving the seminary. It would be great if we could include it as a note or comment when choosing the Other option as a Student Exit Reason.
