Have a pre-defined report that would allow advisors to pull a list of advisees along with their email, mobile phone, home phone, and address. (I cannot find a way to get the mobile phone without going individually to each advisee's screen.) I would like to see this information on the main advising screen or be able to choose this as one of the default export settings.
Why? I had a student text me. Without knowing who the text came from, the only way to find out was by individually looking up each advisee until I found the student's mobile number in their info tab. Had to go through many students manually to find the right one.
