We make a lot of follow-up activity with leads outside of the Communication plan. As an administrator i want to (or an admissions admin) see status of to-Dos of all admission team members which is not possible now. i can only see to-dos that are part of communication plan now.

Matthew Pillman Agreed! As an Admissions Coordinator, it would help our work flow if I could see all the To-Dos of the other representatives!
-
Krysta Hartman I'd love to see this, as well! It would potentially allow me to follow up with Leads if my colleagues have fallen behind because of travel, etc. It would be great if I could see ALL to-dos (regardless of who they're assigned to) on my home page.

Syam Kumar have we made any progress with this?
-
Adam Sentz @Syam - Feature requests that we are working on are usually marked Planned, and then Completed when they are released.
-
Syam Kumar is this currently in planned status.
Thanks

Adam Sentz @Syam - Planned feature requests will be marked PLANNED at the top. This request is not currently marked Planned.

Syam Kumar Hello Adam,
Any progress with this request. Can we pay for this customization? is that an option?
it will greatly assist when an admission counselor is on leave and for some one to finish that person;s task or even to reiview missing tasks of the team.
-
Adam Sentz @Syam - Nothing to report. Paying for customizations is not an option.

Clay McFerrin I feel bad for chiming in when the original requester has been so . . . persistent? . . . but this would really be great.

Wilhelm Mauch This would be helpful. Could you please add a filter option "Assigned To"? I could get the list with the API but it doesn't offer the assigned_to parameter.

Chris Herrin Joining the petition here in 2024. Maybe they'll add this after 7.5 years of waiting???
