Our students would like to see itemized invoices, e.g.Course A, "Reading an Invoice", 3 credits, $500/cr, 1,500
Granted, this example is pretty simple. Some students are taking several courses of various credits and the tuition price is not a nice round number. To only see 0-100 credits at 638 and 7,975.00 is not very transparent.

Rhonda Chase I was just sending off a request for a detailed invoice as I have to present these to other providers of scholarships etc..Is this in the works?

Nader Abdallah This feature is extremely important.
A lot of students ask for itemized invoices. They need to know what are the courses they are paying for Especially if they have to drop a course later on.
Some of them have their employers pay for specific courses and they need to have this easily identifiable on their statement.

Sarah Barkman Having itemized invoices would also be a great benefit to our finance staff who are trying to find out what students have been charged for and what they have not. A general # of credits does not give enough information to be helpful.

Niklaas Schalm Yes, this feature would be fantastic. Here are some similar requests for itemized invoices/better invoice descriptions:

Anne Pardee We also need itemized invoices by course for our students. As mentioned above, some of them need an itemized invoice for employers who will only pay for certain courses. We also have fees that apply to specific courses, so it is important to know which course was dropped so the proper fee can also be refunded if applicable.
