One common frustration our various departments are having with Populi at the moment has to do with knowing if a particular course a student is taking is a campus course or an online course. You can’t tell by looking at the transcript or the degree audit. The only way we can tell is by opening up each course individually and seeing which it is in the info section. While the Registration is open it’s handy to have that screen available as it shows whether it’s campus or online, but once registration closes, we don’t have access to that. Can we not have that same information available to us year around somehow? It would be helpful for the Registrar’s Office, Student Loans, and Finance. We don't want to change the course code to distinguish between the two and we don’t want it to show up on the transcript. We just want to be able to see it internally. Thanks.
