I've had students, staff and faculty request notifications when any grades are posted. Students want to be notified when their work has been graded, and staff/faculty want notifications for when students are failing so that they can intervene sooner.

Adam Sentz @Nicole - While it doesn't cover everything that you're asking for here, you may find it useful to turn on notifications for yellow and/or red flags in Advising > Settings.

Academic Assistant Julie Adair So when DO students receive notifications of their grades? I am running into problems with students not receiving notifications when TAs post a comment on their assignment submission about something they need to fix in the assignment. They enter a grade and leave a comment for the student and students are claiming that they aren't being notified.
