Determining class standing

We need a way to determine class standing at the end of the year. We give an award to the student with the highest class standing, the second highest, etc., and it's often necessary to "break a tie" among several students with 4.0 GPAs. Currently, there is no way to automatically calculate this in Populi, so the faculty have to do it the “old fashioned way” on paper. It would save us so much time and effort if you could develop a feature to calculate this. And I’m sure we’re not the only school who would benefit from such a feature….
