Add a Student "Pending" Status on Roster

In a class student roster tab, each student has a "manage" option.  When clicked, a "Manage Student" window appears.  Under "Status," we'd like to add "Pending."  When exporting the roster to PDF, this status would show students who have not completed financial or administrative requirements.
