Ability to update the "offered aid email"

It would be helpful if schools were able to update the email which is automatically sent from Populi once a student's financial aid is offered. We award our incoming freshman financial aid before they are given access to their Populi account so it would be helpful to clarify in the email what steps they need to take before they are able to accept or decline aid awarded to them.
