Would it be possible to set up an internal "alert" when changes are made to a student's course schedule - such as drops, withdrawals, credit hour decrease/increase, or class changes? This will help to keep the financial aid office in the loop when changes are made if not properly notified.

Patti Ashby This would also be helpful for VA certifications where a change in hours means an adjustment must be reported to VA.
