I would love to be able to include the To Do notes for each prospect when exporting them into Excel. I could then sort by counsellor or by date etc. It would be a great "at a glance" and I could do a search if necessary too.

Donna Haug I'm still working this through myself. However, we've started setting up Communication Plans for new applicants (for example). We have a list of things the student needs to submit or complete prior to the application being ready to take to the Admissions Committee. The Communication plan lists all the "to-dos" that are outstanding on that application. As they complete them, we click the box to remove it. I can report on what's outstanding on the to-do list by exporting a list from Communication Plans/Scheduled Events. You can add so many more things to the Communication plan including assigning touch points for contact and emails to be sent. We have only just started tapping into this.
Other than that, I haven't found a way to export to-do lists.
I feel like we can do a lot more with this than we are, but it's a start...
