Hi team,
Currently, the registration lock notice only appears on the Registration tab when registration is open. I think it would be more beneficial for it to appear on the "Students" page along with other locks (ie Financial lock) so students can see all the locks they have on their account on one page. Additionally, with registration specifically, we want students to know there's a registration lock prior to when registration opens - this way they can resolve the issue ahead of time so their registration is not hindered.
