er accreditation requirements, our Academic Dean evaluates faculty members every year. A feature for Faculty Evaluations (different from Course Evaluations) would be very helpful!
The type of faculty evaluation that our Dean would want would include the following type of features:
- Questionnaire
- Place for the faculty member to upload the latest CV and semester’s course syllabi
- Place for the dean to upload two PDFs (one for a course eval printout, one for a dean’s eval document).

Kevin Grams It would also be helpful to have an evaluation tool available that department chairs and the academic dean can use in evaluating the teaching performance of faculty to use in a coaching/mentoring setting to improve classroom delivery. This is especially relevant to smaller teaching oriented colleges.
