Admissions Lead UX refinement

This is a little messy, so I'm going to describe the problem more than propose a solution. We just got back from a conference and have a slew of new leads to enter. It is likely that some of them have attended this conference before.

So to enter a new lead: 

  1. Go to Admissions > Leads
  2. Search for the name of the lead to verify they're not already in the system
  3. Click Add a Lead in the Lead view
  4. Enter basic data
  5. Now I'm returned to a view that by default definitely excludes the new person I just entered because the immutable default filter specifies an admissions term and the lead I just entered cannot have an admissions term specified at this fault
  6. Clear the filter and Apply
  7. Open the lead I just entered
  8. Fill in the other data I have for them
  9. Repeat.

This is not efficient.
